Reseller/Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview:
This Reseller/Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Organic Barley Store (“Supplier”) and [Reseller's Name] (“Reseller”). By participating in the reseller/affiliate program, the Reseller agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Commission Structure:
The Reseller shall earn commissions based on the following structure:

10% Commission on the 1st to 5th sale.
15% Commission on the 6th to 15th sale.
20% Commission on the 16th to 20th sale.
30% Commission and Free Membership on the 21st sale and beyond.

3. Shipping:
Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the Reseller.
If the Supplier arranges the shipping, all associated shipping costs will be deducted from the Reseller’s commissions.

4. Commission Release:
Commissions will be released 7 days after the item has been received by the customer.

5. Payment Terms:
Payments will be made via Bank, Gcash, Cash and are subject to the Reseller providing accurate payment details.

6. Responsibilities of the Reseller:
The Reseller agrees to promote and sell the Supplier’s products in a manner that reflects positively on the Supplier’s brand.
The Reseller must ensure that all sales are accurately reported and that all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.

7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with [5] days' written (electronic/physical) notice. Upon termination, the Reseller will be paid any outstanding commissions due.

8. Confidentiality:
The Reseller agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the Supplier.

9. Limitation of Liability"
The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Reseller’s participation in the program.

10. Amendments"
The Supplier reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. The Reseller will be notified of any changes.

11. Governing Law"
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the policies of Organic Barley Store.
